Right of Withdrawal Policy

Scope: The 14-day Right of Withdrawal below applies only to consumers within the European Union under EU law. Orders shipped outside the EU are considered wholesale and are covered only by the 30-day DOA policy described in the “Non-EU / Wholesale Terms” section, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

2. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of:

the goods, in the case of a sales contract;
the last good, in the case of multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately;
the last lot or piece, in the case of goods delivered in multiple lots or pieces.

3. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery.
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
Refunds will be issued using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever comes first.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Return costs: You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Condition: You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Electronic parts and components: Items must not be soldered, altered, or damaged in any way and must be returned in their original packaging and with all accessories (if applicable).
Electrostatic-sensitive devices (ESD): Sensitive components must be returned using appropriate ESD protection bags.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Warranty Policy

1. Limited Warranty (Complete Devices Only)

We stand behind the quality of our products. Warranty terms vary by product type and may include a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

Important: Warranty applies only to complete devices/products. Individual parts, spare parts, or electronic components (e.g., resistors, capacitors, ICs, semiconductors, modules) are not covered by warranty.

2. Warranty Coverage

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Normal wear and tear under ordinary use.
Functionality of the product as described.

3. Warranty Exclusions

Individual electronic parts or spare parts.
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
Damage resulting from accidents, neglect, or unauthorized repair.
Products that have been altered or modified.
Products not purchased directly from RADIO 741 or an authorized reseller.

4. Warranty Claims

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Evaluation: We will assess the claim to determine if it falls within warranty coverage.
Resolution: If approved, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge. If neither is possible, we may offer a comparable product or a refund.

5. Additional Information

Transferability: Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.
Proof of Purchase: An invoice, sales receipt, or order confirmation is required for warranty claims.
Duration: Warranty duration is product-specific and stated in the product documentation or on the product page.

Non-EU / Wholesale Terms

Applicability: Orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union are treated as wholesale transactions.

Return/Warranty Window: Covered solely by a 30-day DOA (Dead on Arrival) policy from the date of delivery. This covers products that arrive non-functional. Proof may be required (photos, video, testing notes).
No EU Right of Withdrawal: The 14-day consumer withdrawal right does not apply to non-EU/wholesale orders.
Condition & Returns: Any approved DOA return must be sent back complete and undamaged, with all original packaging and accessories. Electronic components must not be soldered or altered and must be protected with suitable ESD packaging.
Variations by Agreement: Different terms may apply only if expressly agreed in writing with RADIO 741 L.P.

Returns & Warranty
