Article 1 – e-Shop Terms

  • Content (excluding payment data) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform to technical requirements. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

  • Resale: You may resell goods purchased from our website, subject to all applicable laws. This does not create any warranty or support obligations from RADIO 741 L.P. to your customers.

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the Service or any part thereof without notice and without liability.
  • We are an EU company and charge VAT where legally required. EU private customers are charged VAT according to applicable rules.
  • EU business customers: If you provide a valid VAT number, our system may validate it (e.g., via VIES). When valid, VAT may not be charged as per applicable rules. You are responsible for the accuracy of your company information.
  • Exports outside the EU: VAT is not charged by us; import VAT/duties are payable by you in the country of import. You are responsible for customs clearance, duties, and any local charges.
  • Total order cost is calculated at checkout; however, we are not responsible for inaccuracies in information you provide.
  • Consumer Law: EU consumer protection laws apply to EU consumers. Orders exported outside the EU are considered wholesale (see Article 20).

Article 5 – Products or Services

  • Certain products/services may be available exclusively online, in limited quantities, and are subject to our Return/Withdrawal policies.
  • We attempt to display product colors/images accurately but cannot guarantee color accuracy on your device.
  • We may limit sales of our products/services to any person, region, or jurisdiction and limit quantities. Descriptions/pricing may change without notice. We may discontinue any product at any time.
  • We do not warrant that any products, services, or information will meet your expectations, or that errors will be corrected.
  • We are a reseller, not the manufacturer. You are responsible for reviewing the manufacturer’s datasheets, safety/hazard information, and compliance documents.
  • Unless explicitly stated, we are not an authorized distributor; we operate as a surplus reseller.
  • Export Controls: Some items (e.g., military/aerospace components) may be subject to export regulations. You are responsible for compliance with applicable export, sanctions, and end-use laws. You agree not to export/re-export in violation of applicable laws.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases, and to promptly update such information (including email and payment details) so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We may provide access to third-party tools on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, representations, or conditions and without endorsement. Your use of such tools is at your own risk and discretion and may be subject to the third party’s terms.

  • Critical Applications: Products offered by RADIO 741 L.P. are not intended for medical, lifesaving, or life-sustaining uses. Use in such applications is at your risk; you agree to indemnify RADIO 741 L.P. for damages from such use.

Statutory Rights Unaffected: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes legal rights that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable consumer protection laws (including EU consumer law for EU consumers).

Article 14 – Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RADIO 741 L.P. and its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from any claim or demand (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed. The remainder remains valid and enforceable.

If we believe you have failed to comply with any term, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and deny access to our Services. You remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

Article 18 – Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide Services are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. The courts of Halkidiki have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute.

Article 20 – Non-EU / Wholesale Terms

Applicability: Orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union are treated as wholesale transactions.

  • Return/Warranty Window: Covered solely by a 30-day DOA (Dead on Arrival) policy from date of delivery (items must arrive non-functional; proof may be required).
  • No EU Withdrawal Right: The 14-day EU Right of Withdrawal does not apply to non-EU/wholesale orders.
  • Components: Individual parts/spare parts/electronic components are not covered by warranty (see Warranty Policy). They must not be soldered or altered to be eligible for DOA assessment.
  • Customs: Buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, fees, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Variations: Different terms may apply only if expressly agreed in writing with RADIO 741 L.P.

Article 21 – Dispute Resolution & ODR

EU consumers may submit complaints via the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Article 22 – Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, acts of government, war, terrorism, epidemics, failures of suppliers or carriers, or internet/service outages.
